Songs I've deemed Asperger's kids/adults can absolutely relate to - Part One

Some of those with ASD have learned to look the part of a normal, everyday person (whatever that is). They put on a mask to hide the fascade of their awkwardness and try hard as they can to fit in. Queen's Show Must Go On says it perfectly.

The title alone is perfect! Iron Maiden's Stranger in a Strange Land. ASD people feel like the only one who never received the memo about how to respond appropriately to normal pleasantries of the everyday world.

Paper flowers, I've interpreted as books or journals. Many ASD kids will turn to reading or writing to escape the real world. Don't know if Amy Lee had this in mind when she wrote Imaginary for Evanescence, but this is how I've personally interpreted it.

This is a cheesy one, I'm afraid. But I think a lot of ASD kids feel everyday is a fight to fit in. To me, this is the perfect fight song :) lol
